1. Ownership of Designs

All t-shirt designs created by us are the sole intellectual property of Sweptline & Co. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Graphics
• Illustrations
• Fonts or typography styles unique to the design
• Layout and color schemes

You may not claim ownership, alter, or reproduce the designs in any way without our explicit written consent.

2. Usage Rights

Upon viewing or purchasing a t-shirt or design:

• You acquire a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the design on the purchased product only.
• You may not duplicate, modify, resell, or use the design for any commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are expressly forbidden:

• Copying, tracing, or reproducing the designs in any format (digital or physical).
• Selling or redistributing the designs in part or full.
• Using the designs for branding, merchandising, or promotional materials without prior written approval.

4. Copyright Infringement

We take copyright protection seriously. Any individual or entity found to have stolen, reproduced, or misused our designs will face legal action, including but not limited to:

• Cease-and-desist orders
• Financial damages
• Reporting to relevant authorities

5. Reporting Infringement

6. Return Policy

All sales are final, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is present.
